Mythbuster: Stress is the Same for Everyone
This myth is way wrong! Not only does stress manifest differently in each of us, but what is a stressful situation for one person, may not be stressful at all for another. Each and every one of us respond to stress in an entirely different way.
While the parties and family gatherings are tons of fun, the planning, baking, and constantly being on your best behavior can have serious side effects. Stress takes a toll on your body and mind. Common symptoms of stress on your body, mind and behavior can include headaches, muscle pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, lack of focus, sadness, anger, or over/under eating.
